Jamie Laing addresses painful health ordeal weeks after taking on 'traumatic' challenge

Jamie Laing has revealed that he's still not feeling great weeks after he completed the five-day, 155-mile ultramarathon challenge across the UK to raise money for Comic Relief

He raised more that £2 million pounds for Comic Relief by running five ultramarathons over five consecutive days only a month ago, and now BBC Radio 1 presenter Jamie Laing has revealed that his recovery is still ongoing. In an interview with The Times, Jamie opened up about his anxiety diagnosis, saying he feared losing his job: "I was meant to be this outgoing, confident individual, and inside I was crippled with this. Since receiving his anxiety diagnosis, Jamie has been candid about living with the condition, inspiring men across the UK to express their emotions and fears, with his completion of the ultramarathon further amplifying this impact.
