In an interview with The Times, Jamie opened up about his anxiety diagnosis, saying he feared losing his job: "I was meant to be this outgoing, confident individual, and inside I was crippled with this. Since receiving his anxiety diagnosis, Jamie has been candid about living with the condition, inspiring men across the UK to express their emotions and fears, with his completion of the ultramarathon further amplifying this impact.
