Jamie Foxx suffered a mystery health issue in 2023 that resulted in hospitalization, and his new Netflix special will reveal details
Parrish Lewis/NetflixIn April 2023, Jamie’s daughter Corinne Foxx announced that he was hospitalized due to a “medical complication” while filming Back in Action in Atlanta. Jamie returned to set in January for his and Cameron Diaz ’s Netflix action-comedy and in September, he was able to walk Corinne down the aisle as she wed Joe Hooten. At the time, Jamie said his “heart and my soul is filled with nothing but pure joy” after filming the Netflix special, which he teased will give him “an opportunity to tell my side of the story.”
