Jamie Foxx talks new perspective on life as he goes horseback riding a year after suffering medical emergency

Jamie Foxx revealed he has a new perspective on life after surviving a near-death 'medical complication' that put him in a 20-day coma and left him unable to walk.

On Saturday night, the actor, 56, shared a scenic photo of himself riding a brown and white horse on a picturesque beach in front of an orange sky at sunset. The Texas native looked like the picture of health as he rode alongside the ocean while rocking a black graphic t-shirt, several chain necklaces and white sneakers. Jamie only had eight days left of filming on Seth Gordon's spy comedy Back in Action - premiering January 17 on Netflix - when he suffered what he thought was just 'a bad headache.'
