James Whale has revealed that he is at the "end" of his cancer journey, as he issued a heartbreaking update on his radio show.

The Celebrity Big Brother star, 73, issued the update during his TalkTV radio show earlier today (Monday, May 5). The radio presenter, who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother back in 2016, is battling stage four kidney cancer, which has spread to his brain, spine, and lungs. Taking to social media at the time, his wife said: “After a worrying week I am happy to report that @THEJamesWhale is out of ICU and back at home, having batted off the Grim Reaper yet again.
