For Boxing Day, James has concocted an ideal dish to make the best use of those scrumptious seasonal leftovers - not your typical turkey curry, but instead potato and chicken waffles laced with a touch of maple syrup. With a collection of successful cookbooks under his belt, each exploring essentials like bread, butter, potatoes, and desserts, James felt that concocting a cheese recipe book was the next scrumptious step, especially with Yuletide festivities on the horizon.
