James Martin has opened up about his weight loss journey and the simple diet trick that helped him shed three stone, and keep it off, without having to go to the gym
Kristen Smith, a registered dietitian and spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, backs up James' choice of fish for those on a weight loss journey. The NHS recommends a Mediterranean diet which includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes such as beans, chickpeas, and lentils. Discussing his approach to food, James shared: "It's hard work because I'm a big bloke so I've really got to watch what I eat and drink, and make sure I exercise regularly."
