James Marsden 'would love to' play Frank Sinatra: 'You've never really seen a movie about him'

James Marsden is ready to join the Rat Pack on screen. He says he 'would love to' grab the mic again to play Frank Sinatra.

"I've always loved emulating some of the old crooners, like Bobby Darin and Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin," Marsden told The Post in an interview published Tuesday. In April 2014, sources told Variety that director Martin Scorsese wanted to do a movie based on the singer that would star his frequent collaborator Leonardo DiCaprio. In 2007's live-action fairy tale Enchanted, he was the naive and narcissistic Prince Edward, who sang songs including a version of "That's Amore" by Dean Martin.
