James Gunn Shares ‘Lanterns’ Update: Damon Lindelof, Chris Mundy & Tom King Among Writers For DCU Series
DC' head James Gunn took to social media to confirm the writing team behind the series, which includes Damon Lindelof, Chris Mundy, and Tom King.
The Lanterns DCU series is putting together a crack team of writers, based on a wonderful pilot script and bible by Chris Mundy, Tom King, and Damon Lindelof,” Gunn shared on Instagram. Initially, the series would center on Guy Gardner and Alan Scott, with Finn Wittrock and Jeremy Irvine in the roles, respectively. However, the refocus would be on John Stewart, one of DC’s first Black superheroes and one of the longest-serving Green Lanterns.
