James Gunn Is “Irritated” By ‘The Batman II’ Mania: “Get Off Matt Reeves’ Nuts”
More than three years later, Matt Reeves' 'The Batman' is still inching toward a sequel.

Although he noted Reeves doesn’t “let it affect him,” Gunn said,”But I am irritated by people. Premiering July 11 in theaters, Gunn’s Superman will launch a new DCU with the Gods and Monsters phase, separate from Reeves’ ‘Batman Epic Crime Saga’, which includes The Batman(2022) and last year’s Max series spin-off The Penguin.
