James Gunn Confirms He Is Writing A New DC Universe Movie

James Gunn is writing a brand new movie for the DC Universe! Speculation has some fans wondering if a World’s Finest film may be on the horizon.

Scooper Jeff Sneider revealed in his newsletter that he thinks Gunn is currently writing a film based on World’s Finest, a crossover of Batman and Superman. Of course, this rumor should be taken with a massive grain of salt given James Gunn hasn’t submitted anything official, making it impossible to actually know if he’s writing World’s Finest or not. Though regardless, that would be an interesting direction to take the DC Universe, allowing fans to see the crossover of the two greatest heroes before an official Justice League film.
