James Bond Speculation Goes Viral, But Producer EON Productions Keeps Silent
Speculation over who will replace Daniel Craig as James Bond is going viral after UK tabloid The Sun said Aaron Taylor-Johnson had been offered role.
In a report featured on its front page, The Sun said Taylor-Johnson has been “formally offered the job” and “is going to sign his contract in the coming days.” James Bond producer EON Productions declined to comment on the report, but that is not unusual for the company helmed by Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson. Only this month, The Sun journalist who reported that Taylor-Johnson will be Bond, wrote that Cillian Murphy was “in the running” to play the British spy.
