James Arthur is planning to make a surprise career change while dipping out of music for a 'couple of years'.
After winning The X Factor in 2012, James became an overnight success and went on to sell more than 30 million records worldwide but he wants to give acting a go (pictured this month) The star spoke about the ordeal on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden at the time as he told how he was in agony at the star-studded event. Appearing on This Morning in August last year, James opened up on what became a 'pressure pot' after previously detailing how he has fought a long battle with depression and attempted suicide in the past.
