TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent has undergone an incredible transformation since opting to have gastric sleeve surgery and he's been spotted looking in great shape in Marbella
The former The Only Way Is Essex favourite looked to be in best shape of his life as he put himself through a gruelling workout, while wearing just a pair of blue shorts and trainers. James, 36, who is known as Arg, was photographed at Mike's Gym in Marbella, which offers 'active holidays' and regular fitness classes for those in Spain. The reality TV star has been open and honest about his struggles with his weight over the years, but it looks like James has finally found a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
