James 'Arg' Argent is looking the part as the TOWIE star, 36, flaunts his toned arms and dons his incredible weight loss in a series of photos. The reality TV star, who first shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex back in 2010, looked positively glowing as he showed off his biceps in a black vest top, for his 856k followers. He's been proudly sharing his workout routines on social media and in February, he even participated in the Brighton Marathon, running his "longest distance in 12 years."
