Jake Gyllenhaal Is ‘Presumed Innocent’ and Surely Didn’t Kill Her in New Series Trailer

On Wednesday, Apple TV+ released the trailer for 'Presumed Guilty,' which follows Jake Gyllenhaal being confronted for the killing of his colleague.

Jake Gyllenhaal may have innocently kept that red scarf from that very first week, but in a new trailer for his new Apple TV+ series, his character Rusty Sabich is suspected of a serious crime. On Wednesday, Apple TV+ released the trailer for Presumed Innocent, an eight-episode limited series out June 12 that follows Gyllenhaal’s Chicago prosecutor character as he’s confronted and accused of playing a role in the murder of his colleague. “The series explores obsession, sex, politics, and the power and limits of love, as the accused fights to hold his family and marriage together,” reads the show’s synopsis.
