Jacob Elordi Planned To “Take A Break” From Acting Before ‘Wuthering Heights’ Role


Although Jacob Elordi was ready to enjoy a hiatus from Hollywood, 'Wuthering Heights' writer-director Emerald Fennell pulled him back in.

Elordi also raved that his co-star Margot Robbie, who plays his beloved Catherine Earnshaw, is “incredible in the film, she’s a livewire. Fennell—who serves as writer, director and producer on the adaptation, which has been filming in the UK—previously faced backlash for casting a white actor as Heathcliff, who is described in the book as a “dark-skinned gipsy.”
