Jackie then said female staff deserved to be paid the same as their male colleagues and said the women were staging a protest - shocking Kyle by walking out of the studio. While Jackie O may have been upset about the apparent pay disparity at her work place, she herself earns the same amount as her co-star Kyle - a whopping $10million a year
