When Chan stopped by the Tuesday, June 3, episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, alongside his Karate Kid: Legends costarsRalph Macchio and Ben Wang, Clarkson asked him if it was during Rush Hour that the actor learned to get accustomed to fast-paced English. As for the possibility of a Rush Hour 4, Chan said during a December 2022 appearance at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia that he was “talking” about it.
