Jackass star Bam Margera to undergo addiction evaluation following DUI parole violation
The Jackass alum, 44, has been in custody at Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania since Wednesday.
It breached terms he agreed to in entering probation in June following a guilty plea over a April 2023 incident involving his brother at the family's Pocopson, Pennsylvania home. Margera was taken into custody Wednesday after speaking with officials (who determined he violated his parole) at the Justice Center and Office of Pretrial Services, where the county probation department is located. The court ordered Margera to complete six months of probation under their supervision in connection with the terms of his guilty plea to a pair of disorderly conduct counts.
