Jackass star Bam Margera released from prison to enter treatment after DUI parole violation
Jackass star Bam Margera has been released from prison after he was detained for a DUI parole violation earlier this month.
It breached terms he agreed to in entering probation in June following a guilty plea over a April 2023 incident involving his brother at the family's Pocopson, Pennsylvania home. Margera was taken into custody Wednesday after speaking with officials (who determined he violated his parole) at the Justice Center and Office of Pretrial Services, where the county probation department is located. The court ordered Margera to complete six months of probation under their supervision in connection with the terms of his guilty plea to a pair of disorderly conduct counts.
