Jack White Blasts Elon Musk, ‘Orange F–king Gorilla’ Trump in Live Version of ‘Corporation’

Jack White altered the lyrics to his song 'Corporation' at a recent show, turning the song into a scathing rebuke of Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

After the line, “I was thinking about becoming an oligarch, who’s with me?” White launched into a verse very much inspired by Musk, his previous reliance on the federal government, and his currentefforts to gut it. Last fall, he even sued the president’s campaign over a video that featured the White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army,” though the suit was voluntarily dropped after Trump won the 2024 election. White has a few shows scheduled in Japan this month, after which he’ll kick off another North American tour in support of his latest album, No Name.
