In a candid conversation with The Sun, Jack admitted that his drug addiction was the catalyst for his breakup with Dani Dyer, his co-winner on Love Island in 2018. The TV personality is currently dating TOWIE's Chloe Brockett, 24, who had to dial emergency services last summer out of fear that Jack might harm himself.
