The couple last called it quits on their relationship back in April following 'a stressful year' after the Love Island star overturned his jail sentence.
A source told the publication: 'Chloe and Jack have been on and off for months but have finally put their differences aside to give their relationship another chance. However now The Sun have revealed the pair are back on after they were spotted shopping together at Swanley Market in Kent (pictured in February) Earlier this week they sparked rumours of a reconciliation when they shared snaps on their respective Instagrams from the same East London market.
