J-Lo's ex in legal hot water after police raid cannabis farm drama
One of Jennifer Lopez 's many exes has found himself in some legal hot water involving marijuana.
California state law allows adults 21 and older to cultivate up to six cannabis plants in or on the premises of their private residence, according to the Los Angeles County Consumer & Business Affairs. Smart was previously a backup dancer for Lopez before they started dating in October 2011, just months after her separation from Marc Anthony. 'I thought I was ready for a relationship with a woman with kids and everything,' he added of Jennifer, referring to her twins Max and Emme with her ex Marc Anthony.
