J. Lo's Divorce Filing Doesn't Confirm She Didn't Have Prenup With Ben
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were married for two years before Lopez filed for divorce on August 20

According to the docs obtained by Us Weekly, Lopez also didn’t mention anything about a prenup, but celebrity divorce attorney Chris Melcher revealed that doesn’t mean one isn’t in place. (Affleck divorced Jennifer Garner in 2015 after 10 years of marriage, and Lopez was previously wed to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Marc Anthony.)
