Pascal Dalton has set up formats business Shimmer Media after working at ITV Studios on 'Love Island' & 'I'm A Celebrity'
Dalton has launched Shimmer Media, described as “bringing a fresh perspective to format management and monetisation.” Effectively, Dalton’s company will act as a consultancy in format development, deals, brand management and wider licensing activity. As an agile organisation, we can use our network and experience to swiftly get formats in front of the right people to meet market demand, but we can also give titles and their owners the attention they deserve.”
