ITV presenter dead - as heartbroken co-star announces the devastating news to fans on air


The broadcaster confirmed on air that one of its iconic anchors had died at the age of 66...

She shared a photo of Ralph with "1958-2024," written across it, placed in front of a lit candle in Granada's newsroom at MediaCity UK in Salford. One such profound moment came just a year after he joined Granada, in February 2004, when he reported on the tragic incident at Morecambe Bay where 21 cockle-pickers lost their lives to an incoming tide. In 2018, he reported live from Winter Hill, Lancashire during the record-breaking wildfires that swept across the UK, resulting in over 250 acres of beautiful moorland being destroyed.
