ITV Panel Show ‘Sorry, I Didn’t Know’ Makes History After Securing Fifth Season Recommission
'Sorry, I Didn't Know' has been greenlit for a fifth season by ITV and made history for the show run helmed by Jimmy Akingbola.
Hosted by Bel-Air star Jimmy Akingbola and shot in front of a live audience in London, the series, which launched just after the Black Lives Matter protests, sees team captains Chizzy Akudolu and Eddie Kadi plus guests take each other on in several quiz rounds mainly centered on Black history. Led by Fraser Ayres, the new trainee will also get to work alongside the rest of the writing team, including Viv May ( Have I Got News For You) and Mark Boutros ( 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown). ITV entertainment boss Katie Rawcliffe added: “I am delighted Sorry, I Didn’t Know is returning for its fifth series, a testament to the entire team, both on and off screen.”
