In a revealing moment during a game of Suck And Blow among the contestants in the Love Island: All Stars villa, truths tumbled out causing a stir for Casey as he found himself revisiting old times. But Kaz retorted: "How is that playing the game, that's me telling the truth because look, another Islander's come in and you've already had sex with her..." The atmosphere remained tense while the other housemates watched on.
