ITV Love Island shares moving tribute to Caroline Flack four years after her death


The official Love Island Instagram account has paid tribute to former host Caroline Flack, four years after she tragically took her own life after her mental health deteriorated

Sadly, Caroline took her own life at her London home after facing legal troubles which led to a toll on her mental health. Days after her death, friend and narrator Iain Stirling said on the programme: "We are all absolutely devastated by the tragic news that Caroline, a much-loved member of our Love Island family, has passed away. Caroline presented Love Island from 2015 until 2019 (Image: James Gourley/ITV/REX/Shutterstock)"Her passion, warmth, and infectious enthusiasm were a crucial part of what made the show connect with millions of viewers, like many of you, right now we're all just trying to come to terms with what has happened.
