An I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star has opened up about his struggles with body image – and the terrible effect it had on their health, despite being a fitness fan
The Vamps guitarist James McVey, who was part of the 2018 series alongside celebs including Fleur East and Harry Redknapp, revealed that even walking 30 meters became a struggle for him after his time in the jungle. James, who is originally from Chester, explained that whilst he was in the Australian camp, he never once thought his body looked great but he was overjoyed when he saw his abs again after leaving. His bandmates, Bradley Simpson, Connor Ball and Tristan Evans also enjoy workouts but aren't as intense or strict, which James thinks is "good" for his balance.
