Emmerdale actor Matthew Wolfenden has shared more information on his new relationship after splitting from wife Charley Webb, as he opens up about receiving 'horrible messages' over the split

Emmerdale's David Metcalfe actor Matthew Wolfenden has revealed that he has received numerous 'horrible messages' and 'nasty' encounters after splitting from his wife Charley Webb in September. The 43-year-old actor's s plit was announced via social media by Debbie Dingle actress Charley, 35, in November, as she shared: "It is with love and respect that Matthew and I have decided to separate. Ahead of the starring on the show, Roxy, who plays Leyla Harding on the soap, revealed that many of her Emmerdale co-stars, past and present, including Matthew and Charley will be on hand to support her.
