ITV Emmerdale viewers do double take as legend 'returns' 29 years after death
Emmerdale fans were left confused as they thought they spotted a character that died 29 years ago on Thursday
It's been a busy week in the Dales, as Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) prepared for her cancer operation, while Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) expressed concerns about his dad, Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards). Meanwhile, John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) continued to sabotage his brother Robert's life (Ryan Hawley) after he recently returned to the village. Dave first made his appearance in the village back in 1994, and notably had an affair with Kim Tate (Claire King) before his marriage to Kathy Bates (Malandra Burrows).
