The 41 year old actor was originally slated to join the reality series in 2023, but a knee injury and subsequent surgery forced him to withdraw. Alan shared his journey with fans on social media, revealing that he had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery and faced a tough "9-12 months of rehabilitation."
