Coronation Street star Will Mellor has confirmed his shock exit from the show, playing Harvey Gaskell, after filming his final scenes on the soap which will air in the coming months

Coronation Street star Will Mellor has confirmed he has finished his filming for the ITV soap after returning as Harvey Gaskell for a dramatic storyline. Harvey first arrived in 2021 as a drug lord boss of Simon Barlow and returned a year later for Corrie’s Super Soap Week, breaking out of prison with the intention of getting revenge on Leanne who had him arrested. Viewers have seen glimpses of Harvey during his jail stint, including his restorative justice storyline with Natasha's son Sam, as well as his recent plan to plot revenge on Damon.
