Celebrity Big Brother viewers were in for a shock as they spotted housemate Gary Goldsmith's unexpected and hidden back tattoo, as we discover he has so many more across his body
Written in thick black script writing it reads 'Spend and God Will Send' and was clearly a decision Gary made a long time ago, with the star sporting the design for years. The star has also designed his right upper arm and shoulder area which is covered in red lip kiss marks, black fern and flower patterns and embarrassingly large and bold 'GG' initials.
