Joanne Froggatt is currently starring in the new ITV series Breathtaking, as Dr Abbey Henderson, an NHS doctor working during the Covid pandemic. One of her most well-known roles is as Anna Bates in Downtown Abbey which saw her receive three Emmy nominations and scoop up the 2014 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress.
