ITV 'axes' Alan Carr show after year-long pause on filming
ITV has reportedly axed Alan Carr's Epic Gameshow after three series, with the comedian said to not be taking the news 'too hard' with plenty of other projects on the channel
They revealed to The Sun: "Alan won't be taking this too hard as the three seasons Epic Gameshow ran for on ITV were well received and it's not like he's short of other projects." The source added: "On ITV alone, he has a prime-time game show Password coming up later this year, as well as a second series of his autobiographical comedy-drama Changing Ends." Theatre icons Amber Riley, age 38, and Samantha Barks, 33, along with the talented singer-songwriter Jessie Ware, 39, also lent their expertise to the panel.
