It Is That Sweet: Sabrina Carpenter Will Release New Album ‘Short n’ Sweet’ in August

Sabrina Carpenter has announced the release date for her sixth studio album 'Short n' Sweet,' out August 23 featuring the hit single 'Espresso.'

In the front cover art, blonde hair tumbles down her back and sunlight glimmers off a spot on her shoulder just above a bright red lipstick kiss mark. With its late-summer release date, Short n’ Sweet isn’t in a race to outrun the success of “Espresso,” its beaming lead single that has been ruling pop since mid-April. Last month, Carpenter made her Saturday Night Live debut with performances of “Espresso” and a medley combining “Feather” and “Nonsense,” the outro for which went: “He is 30 Rock hard ‘cause I said hi/My sense of humor is, but I am not dry/SNL I just came for the first time.” As always, she keeps it short and sweet.
