Ishana Night Shyamalan’s ‘The Watchers’ To Debut On Max In August
'The Watchers,' the supernatural thriller from filmmaker Ishana Night Shyamalan, has been announced as debuting on Max in August.
The film hits streaming following a disappointing theatrical release kicking off in June, which resulted in less than $33 million in box office receipts. When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers that are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night. Shyamalan — daughter of M. Night — directed from her own script, with Georgina Campbell ( Barbarian), Oliver Finnegan ( Creeped Out) and Olwen Fouere ( The Northman) rounding out the cast.
