Rachel, who played the title character in the ' woke' film, sported an oversized denim jacket over a blue shirt, a pair of large grey sweatpants, and Adidas sneakers. Her long dark hair was pushed back with a wide black headband, and she appeared to go makeup-free for the outing, sporting what looked to be a green star-shaped pimple patch on her forehead.
