The One Show host's romance with Carmen was revealed only last month when they were spotted on a date at at Le Petit Maison in Mayfair.
A source told MailOnline Roman, 31 - who is the son of Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp and singer Shirlie Holliman - is more than ready to settle down and believes he has found the one in Carmen. Carmen was also stood beside Roman as he chatted to the Princess of Wales and Queen Camilla at the Sovereign's Creative Industries Garden Party back in May. Speaking on the Diary Of A CEO podcast about his dating life, Roman explained that he is most attracted to independent women and is desperate for a relationship to emulate his parents' 34-year marriage.
