Home and Away fans have spotted Tim Franklin in blockbuster movie The Fall Guy.
The actor, who played Colby Thorne on the soap from 2018 to 2021, appeared in the film alongside Emily Blunt and Ryan Gosling in a small speaking role After leaving Home and Away in 2007, it took Chris just two years to crack the US market with a small but significant role as James Kirk's dad on the J.J. Abrams'-directed Star Trek (2009). The bit part saw movie makers take notice of Chris, with the actor landing key roles in Thor, Snow White And the Huntsman, Ghostbusters and The Avengers.
