After news broke of his domestic battery arrest, fans wondered whether or not the pro dancer would come back to the show for its upcoming season. According to online jail records viewed by Hollywood Life, Chigvintsev was arrested at 9:59 a.m. in Napa County, California, and booked at 10:40 a.m. that day. For her part, Garcia shared a video, which featured clips of her and Chigvintsev with their son, Matteo, in addition to shots from their wedding ceremony.
