Filmmaker Mark O’Connor’s ( Cardboard Gangsters) movie also stars Luke McQuillan ( Black Medicine), Jade Jordan ( You Are Not My Mother), and Helen Behan ( Small Things Like These). Set against the backdrop of Dublin’s underworld, pic follows Danny (McQuillan), a homeless ex-soldier battling PTSD, whose chance encounter with a runaway teen, Will (Daniel Fee), sparks an unlikely alliance. “ Amongst the Wolves is a gripping, high-stakes thriller with real emotional punch and the kind of elevated genre storytelling American audiences are craving,” said Andrew Nerger, Head of U.S. & International Distribution at Sunrise Films.
