Ireland said that she had a number of worries related to keeping the baby healthy, ranging from her caffeine intake to shower temperature to frequent crying spells. She has seven younger half-siblings from her dad's current marriage to his second wife Hilaria: Carmen, 10, Rafael, eight, Leandro, six, Romeo, five, Edu, two, Maria, born via a surrogate, two, and Ilaria, one.
