The couple, who are staying in the States while Bianca films a new project, were seen leaving a $77-a-night hotel on Wednesday.
It comes after bombshell court papers revealed Evans claims that the Fantastic Four actor stopped paying him either child or spousal support in April. According to a court filing on July 1 seen by MailOnline, she claims she is in a dire financial crisis, behind on rent and utility payments and struggling to put food on the table for their daughters Ella, 14, and Elsie, 10. Evans was made subject to a restraining order by her estranged husband in February 2022 after she posted a number of messages about him and his new girlfriend on social media and allegedly sent him over 100 texts.
