We all know that each year the Strictly Come Dancing contestants get into some serious shape training for the show – and it seems the 2024 stars are already noticing the weight dropping off. Head judge Shirley Ballas recently revealed that she has fit back into a pair of trousers from her 20s ahead of Strictly’s return.
