Actor Sean Pertwee is starring in the new Channel 5 thriller The Night Caller – but away from TV he has a famous dad, a wife of 25 years and has gone through a tragic loss
The chilling Channel 5 drama, on TV from Sunday, 7 July, sees actor Robert Glenister, known for his roles in Hustle, Spooks, and Sherwood, as Tony, a taxi driver with a disturbing obsession. He finds comfort in Rosa, a cafe worker portrayed by Casualty's Suzanne Packer, who becomes the focus of his growing affection, and Lawrence (Sean Pertwee) whose show becomes Tony's nightly companion as he navigates the city streets. Since his career kicked off during the 80s, Sean has starred in huge TV roles including Casualty, Waking The Dead, Skins, Luther, Death in Paradise, Gotham, You and Silent Witness.
