Inside the incredible $15million Byron Bay retreat used to film Nicole Kidman's Nine Perfect Strangers as it hits the market

The incredible Byron Bay retreat featured in Nicole Kidman's hit series Nine Perfect Strangers has hit the market.

Owners Peter Ostick, a tech businessman, and Gary Garrow, a meditation expert, built the property known as Soma in 2019 after snapping up the nine hectare site in 2016 for a mere $1.8million. Situated in the Ewingsdale hinterland 5kms from the Byron Bay township, the centre was designed by architect Rieky Sunur and features concrete and timber styling. The series reunites Nicole with Big Little Lies creator and writer David E. Kelly, as well as novelist Liane Moriarty, who wrote the novels both shows were based on.
